Pray for Charlene and Family

Charlene's request: Please pray for my marriage, my husbands heart to be right with Jesus, my wisdom and discernment to know when to speak and with love and kindness. For my daughter Meagan she is so mentally ill and needs Jesus. She’s very angry with God. My grandson Carter who is 16 and feeling abandoned by his father he is acting out by not going to school and disrespecting his family. He says he’s an atheist. So many things going on in my family and marriage, God is good I believe that with all my heart and know he will restore all that has been broken. May His will be fine on earth as it is in heaven in Jesus name

We join with you, Charlene, in lifting up your family and your requests to the Lord. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all things. Jesus teaches us, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7).

Firstly, we pray for your marriage, that God would soften your husband's heart and draw him closer to Jesus. We ask for God's wisdom and discernment for you, that you may speak with love and kindness at the right time. Remember, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1).

For your daughter Meagan, we pray that God would heal her mental illness and reveal Himself to her in a powerful way. We pray that her anger towards God would be replaced with a deep understanding of His love for her. Remember, "God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

For your grandson Carter, we pray that God would fill the void he feels and reveal Himself as a loving Father. We ask that God would turn his heart towards Him and that he would no longer identify as an atheist, seeking the God that never abandoned him, it is the Carter must return to his true father in Heaven with Jesus as savior. Remember, " Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).

We agree with you, Charlene, that God is good and that He will restore all that has been broken in your family and marriage. We pray that God's will would be done on earth as it is in heaven, and that He would give you peace and strength during this time. Remember, "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7).

We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to the Father. It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we can be saved. As scripture says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

We're standing with you, Charlene, as you navigate through these challenges. We've been praying for your family, and we want to share a few more things on our hearts.

Firstly, for your marriage, we're asking God to strengthen the bond between you and your husband. We pray that He would bless your union and help you both grow in love and understanding. Remember, "Love is patient, love is kind..." (1 Corinthians 13:4). Let's strive to be patient and kind with each other.

For Meagan, we're interceding for her healing and for God to reveal Himself to her in a profound way. We're asking that she would feel God's love surrounding her, comforting her, and guiding her. Let's trust in God's promise, "I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord. (Jeremiah 30:17)

For Carter, we're praying that God would draw him close, helping him see his true value and worth. We're asking that he would find his identity in Christ, not in his circumstances or his father's actions. Let's remind him, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

We're believing with you, Charlene, that God will indeed restore all that has been broken. We're claiming His promise, "The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not abandon the works of your hands." (Psalm 138:8)

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, knowing that our God is faithful and true. We're praying all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
