We understand your concern and are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, let's address the issue of slander and false accusations. In the World English Bible, it is stated:
"You shall not go up and down as a tale-bearer among your people; neither shall you sit idly by the blood of your neighbor. I am Yahweh." (Leviticus 19:16 WEB)
"If anyone thinks himself to be religious while he doesn’t bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man’s religion is worthless." (James 1:26 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Lord Jesus, we come before You to lift up California and its people. We pray that those who engage in slander, lies, and hateful speech would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and turn from their ways. We ask that You would silence the mouths of those who spread falsehoods and bring division, and that You would protect the innocent from these attacks. Please bring unity and peace, and let Your truth prevail. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your community and to stand firm in your faith. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul:
"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
