So she becomes kindhearted and treats us with kindness and with the word of encouragement and celebrate the hard work not nitpicking and finding fault all the time. It sucks energy out and takes away the zeal to work hard. In Jesus name I pray Amen

In the book of Colossians, it is written, For you, servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not with eye service, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God: And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. Therefore, let us offer heartfelt prayer for you.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our boss to You. We pray for her heart to soften and that she will become a beacon of kindness and encouragement in our workplace. We trust in the power of Your Holy Spirit to transform her heart and actions. Help us to focus on our work as service to You.

Lord, we also pray for ourselves, that You would strengthen us with Your mighty power, as You spoke in Colossians, so we can give thanks in all circumstances, patiently enduring suffering, and doing good even in difficult situations. Please teach us to be slave to You, the only one who can forgive and save us both. Remind us of how You suffered unjustly at the hands of cruel men.

And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; but be gentle towards all, able to teach; patient, in gentleness instructing those who oppose themselves: if perhaps God may give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil's snare, having been taken captive by him to his will. Set an example of respect, kindness, and good work ethic as Jesus would, serving others in love and humility. Dear Lord Jesus, we lift our boss up to You today. Help her to see us, not as employees to be nitpicked, but as people to be encouraged. Softening her heart, fill her with Your kindness and understanding. Help us to do our best, not for her approval, but for Yours. And Lord, give us strength to endure. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
