We understand that you are seeking prayer for your boss, hoping that she will become more kindhearted and encouraging. We will pray for her and for you as you navigate this situation. Let's remember what the scripture tells us about our attitudes and actions in the workplace.
In the book of Colossians, it is written, For you, servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not with eye service, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God: And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. For you serve the Lord Christ. WEB
And also in 1 Peter Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. WEB
Therefore, let us offer heartfelt prayer for you.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our boss to You. We pray for her heart to soften and that she will become a beacon of kindness and encouragement in our workplace. We trust in the power of Your Holy Spirit to transform her heart and actions. Help us to focus on our work as service to You.
Lord, we also pray for ourselves, that You would strengthen us with Your mighty power, as You spoke in Colossians, so we can give thanks in all circumstances, patiently enduring suffering, and doing good even in difficult situations. Please teach us to be slave to You, the only one who can forgive and save us both. Remind us of how You suffered unjustly at the hands of cruel men.
And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; but be gentle towards all, able to teach; patient, in gentleness instructing those who oppose themselves: if perhaps God may give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil's snare, having been taken captive by him to his will. We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when the person in charge seems to be draining our enthusiasm instead of fueling it. But remember, we're not just working for them, we're working for the Lord. Let's keep our eyes on Him, even when our boss seems focused on finding fault. Let's pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. And not valuing hard work only nitpicks whats lacking plays favoritism and treats everyone different based on favoritism and she favors people that are not doing their best lazy opportunistic and evil. I come to work 30minites to an hour before work and leaves 30tonhour after my contracted hours...

He is in a car with a driver whom I hired and who may be at fault -and my boss may have to have a CT scan - pray he feels better and does not need to go to the hospital and there are no repercussions
