Pray for belly healing

Pls pray for my abdomen to heal. I had abdominal surgery back in March and since then I have gained a lot of weight and it has collected in my lower abdomen in the area of my surgery. I think the belly fat is a reaction to this surgery. And, there are symptoms of continued healing even though this surgery happened almost a year ago. Pls pray that this area heals nicely and that I lose the belly fat around that area. Thank you.

We understand that you're going through a time of physical healing, and we're here to pray and offer encouragement. Firstly we emphasis that healing is God's Will. Before we pray let's consider some scriptures.

Firstly, let's remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We should take care of our bodies and glorify God in them:
Don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB

Also let's remember that although faith for healing is immediate but healing always manifest immediately. The blind man that Jesus prayed for twice needed the healing to manifest as his sight was restored by degrees.

He answered, I see men like trees walking.

Also consider the 10 lepers. Even though they were healed they had to act and start moving towards the priests before the healing manifested. We have to remember that healing belongs to us:

As they went, they were cleansed.

and he took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.

1 Peter 2:24 WEB
who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.

If you truly believe that you were healed you will have what you say. Let's remember the centurion in the bible. Jesus even marveled at his faith. This faith glorified God.

And Jesus said to the centurion, Go your way. As you have believed, be it done to you. And the servant was healed in that hour.

The centurion is a great example of faith for us.

But let's not forget to walk in obedience with this faith and not act or walk contrary to this. Align your words with God's word and not your symptoms. Sometimes God waits to see if we'll act on His word before He brings it into manifestation. He usually has something for us to learn first. And sometimes he wants us to simply rest and trust in Him. Psalm 46:10, Be still and know that I am God.

Now, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of healing. We thank you that healing of this surgery is Your Will according to 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. We stand against any symptoms ofdelegate pain or discomfort, pre-surgery weight was the ideal weight and we declare that any excess fat denying ideal health and recovery is removed, in Jesus' name. We speak restoration and healing to the abdomen, and we command every cell, every organ, to function as God created it to. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity.

Father, we also pray for spiritual healing and ask you to guide our dear brother/sister through any changes you want to be made regarding a healthier lifestyle avoiding anything that causes the body to suffer or become sick. Help reveal anything that needs to be addressed to improve the health of the body. Reveal what needs to be eliminated. Let your Brother/Sister hear and answer.

Lord, this area of the abdomen is healed. All that weight that was gained because of the surgery or anything else is gone. Complete and total healing is manifested, in Jesus Name we declare that the areas are whole and very recognizably healed. Handiwork is elegantly done for the glory of God and praise of Jesus.

Finally we exhort and encourage you to pursue intimate relationship and communication with God the Father in Jesus Name. Believers are seated in heavenly places at the right hand of the Father. There is no reason to let things that are physical container us from God. Allow this situation to be a doorway that brings you closer to God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Rest knowing that God the Father is working all things for your good according to Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We know that this situation will result for the glory of God.

We praise you and thank you, Father, for your healing power and for your love for us. We give this all to you and know and speak forth healing in Jesus' All Mighty Name we pray to you Father God, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
