We understand that you are facing several challenges related to employment, politics, and personal finances. We will pray and provide biblical encouragement for each of these areas.
Firstly, let's address the unemployment situation. It is important to remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?', or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this nation and all those affected by unemployment. We pray that You would provide jobs for those who are seeking and open up opportunities for them. We ask for wisdom for those in authority, that they would govern with justice and equity, and that they would not enrich themselves at the expense of others. We pray that You would guide the upcoming election, and that righteous leaders would be chosen. We ask for Your divine intervention in the workplace, that locals would be given fair opportunities, and that those who are being overlooked would find favor.
Save us as a people. Help us to acknowledge you, God, in all our ways and to acknowledge your son, Jesus Christ, as the means by which we can do this.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Regarding the mediation for unfair dismissal and unpaid salary, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's justice and provision. As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
We pray:
Dear Lord,
We bring before You this situation of unfair dismissal and unpaid salary. We pray for Your justice to prevail and for a full settlement to be reached. We ask that You would soften the heart of the ex-employer and guide the authorities in their decision-making. We pray for Your provision and peace for our brother/sister in Christ during this time.
Help them to acknowledge your son, Jesus Christ, in all their ways and to acknowledge your son, Jesus Christ, as the means by which we can do this.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Lastly, as you prepare for the upcoming interview, we encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
We pray:
Dear God,
We ask for Your guidance and wisdom as our brother/sister in Christ prepares for this interview. We pray that You would give them the words to speak and the confidence they need. We ask that You would open up this opportunity if it is Your will, and that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.
Help them to acknowledge your son, Jesus Christ, in all their ways and to acknowledge your son, Jesus Christ, as the means by which we can do this.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Lastly, we need to address the fact that Jesus Christ was not mentioned in this prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father.
Never be ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For God is not ashamed of those who are being saved through faith in Jesus Christ.
As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the only way to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We pray that you would come to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and that you would put your trust in Him.
