Pray for any pornography
Pray for a good night sleep
Pray that God can cleanse me from sin and for a hatred of sin
Pray that I will know Jesus loves me

We stand with you in prayer, dear one, as you seek freedom and cleansing from the bonds of sin and the temptation of pornography. Let us come before the Lord together, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).

Firstly, we must assure you that Jesus loves you deeply. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). His love for you is unconditional and everlasting.

Now, let us pray:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling. Lord, we ask that You cleanse them from all sin, and break the chains of pornography that have held them captive. Give them a deep hatred for this sin, and help them to turn away from temptation. Grant them a good night's sleep, free from guilt and anxiety, knowing that they are forgiven and loved by You.

Lord Jesus, reveal Your love to them in a tangible way. Help them to know, deep in their heart, that You love them and that Your grace is sufficient for them. Strengthen them to resist temptation and guide them in the path of righteousness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, dear one, that the temptation of pornography is a powerful one, but God's power within you is stronger. The Bible tells us to "flee sexual immorality" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB) and that "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Trust in God's love for you, and His power to help you overcome. Keep your mind on Him and His Word, and He will guide your path.
