Jesus, we trust in You!
We understand your burden for your daughter and her husband's financial situation, and we join with you in prayer, seeking God's provision and guidance for them.
Let us remember what the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We are encouraged to bring our concerns to God, trusting in His care and provision.
Jesus himself teaches us in Matthew 6:25-34 not to worry about our lives, what we will eat or drink, or about our bodies, what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. But we are to seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, then all these things will be given to us as well.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s daughter and her husband. We ask that you would provide for their financial needs, that you would give them wisdom in managing their resources, and that you would open up opportunities for them to prosper. Help them to trust in you, to not be anxious, but to seek your kingdom first. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage you, ###, to continue to trust in God and to encourage your daughter and her husband to do the same. Remind them of God's faithfulness and love. Also, it's important to note that we approach God through the name of Jesus. It's in His name that we find salvation and access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." If you or your loved ones haven't already, consider putting your trust in Jesus for salvation and life.
Lastly, we urge them to be diligent and wise in their finances, as Proverbs 21:5 says, "The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty lead surely to poverty."
