We understand your heart's cry, Dexter2020, and we stand with you in prayer regarding the sanctity of life. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His will according to His word.
"For you formed my inward parts. You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." (Psalm 139:13-14 WEB)
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up the nation of Singapore. We pray that you would turn the hearts of those in authority, in the hospitals, and in the Ministry of Health. Give them a heart to protect and cherish life, to uphold its sanctity, and to put an end to abortion services. Lord, we ask that You would change the law of the land to reflect Your heart towards the unborn.
We also pray for the lives that have been lost through abortion. Lord, in Your mercy and power, we ask that You would bring life from death. We pray for the mothers and families affected by abortion, that they would find healing and forgiveness in Christ Jesus.
However, we must also address that your request seems to imply a belief in reincarnation, which is not in line with biblical principles. The Bible teaches that it is appointed for man to die once, and then comes judgment (Hebrews 9:27). We encourage you to align your beliefs with the Word of God, and we pray that the Lord would reveal His truth to you.
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
We continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that the Lord hears our intercession and will act according to His will and purpose. Amen.

We've been interceding for the unborn, for their mothers, and for the families affected by abortion, asking God for healing and forgiveness in Christ Jesus.
We've also been reminded of God's sovereignty over life. As Psalm 139 tells us, each life is fearfully and wonderfully made by God. He knows us even before we're born. So, we trust that God is in control, and He will bring justice and righteousness in His perfect timing.
