Cisnia, we understand that you're seeking a peaceful dwelling and are currently facing challenges with noisy neighbors and a rent increase. Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, as you have been doing. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
In times of trouble, it's essential to go to God in prayer, asking for His intervention and guidance. We also want to remind you of Jesus's discussion on worry in Matthew, since this situation can be concerning, especially for finances.
Regarding the noise from upstairs neighbors, we encourage you to approach them with kindness and politeness, explaining your situation. It may be that they are unaware of the disturbance they are causing. As it is written in Matthew 5:44, "I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you". In doing as Jesus commands you may help resolve the issue so there may be a successful solution and return to peace in the home between situations.
Concerning the rent increase, we encourage you to pray for God's provision and wisdom due to what is happening. It may be that God is calling you to a different place they want you to know they are moving to a different dwelling peacefully that He has prepared for you. If you do or do not know why this is happening, then you need to go to God and seek Him. Seek His will in Jesus name. This juxtaposition with Scriptures like Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"

"Father, we come before You in Jesus Christ name, lifting up Cisnia and her family. We pray for Your intervention in their living situation for a peaceful dwelling for her and her family. We ask that You would guide them to a quiet, and affordable home where they can live in peace and continue to trust in You. We pray that You would guide Cisnia with her upstairs neighbors and the landlord and that you would give her wisdom and Godly advice for You are the Wonderful Counselor. We ask that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We rebuke any evil spirits that would cause noise or harm to her well being. We pray for and adhere to Your word and will for their lives. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen. We also pray Cisnia mentions requests have spiritual direction and that they would also mention or acknowledge the need of Jesus Christ in all our lives."
Cisnia, If you are unable to come to a peaceful residence for your family, continue to seek God and remember that He is your shelter and your strength so acknowledge Jesus Christ in your prayer life when praying to God the Father. Therefore look for security from Him Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble". Lastly, Keep trusting in God, and continue to acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight so you will keep calm in Jesus Christ name.
