We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing as a result of your brain injury, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we are praying for your healing, but we must remember that all healing comes from God, according to his will (James 5:14-15).
We praise God for your desire to manage your home again. It reminds us of these verses from the World English Bible (WEB).
She stretches out her hands to the needy; yes, she reaches forth her hands to the poor. She is not afraid of the snow for her household; for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
Proverbs 31:20-21 WEB
She looks well to the ways of her household, and doesn't eat the bread of idleness.
Proverbs 31:27 WEB
In addition to praying for your physical healing, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God and to remember that his power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this dear mother who is struggling with paralysis and its effects on her daily life. Lord, you know her heart's desire to manage her home and care for her children. We pray that if it is your will, you would bring healing to her arm, hand, and leg, allowing her to walk up and down stairs and use her hand and fingers again.
We also pray that you would give her the strength and endurance to continue raising her teenagers, and that you would bless her family and meet all of their needs according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any discouragement or despair that may be attacking her, and we ask you to fill her with your peace, your hope. Help her to fully trust in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
