Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in creating a comfortable working environment filled with mutual respect and understanding. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we also pray for confidence to fill ### as they go about their daily tasks. Remove any anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. Your Word tells us to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us. We trust in Your promise and ask that You help ### to feel Your presence and strength.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for excellence in all the tasks that ### undertakes at work. May they work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, and may their efforts be blessed and fruitful.
