We are truly sorry to hear about your aunt's cancer diagnosis and the trials that your family is currently enduring. We will stand with you in prayer and petition the Lord for His mercy and healing.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh; 'because they have called you an outcast, saying, "It is Zion, whom no man seeks after."'" God is able to heal and restore, and we trust in His power.
However, we want to address a couple of things in your request. You mentioned your aunt as "he" and "his". We understand that this could be a typographical error, but it is important to clarify because we believe God created man and woman distinctly and uniquely. Furthermore, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only be His authority that we are saved and have access to the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Toraolareth's aunt to You. Lord, You know the battle she is facing against cancer, and we ask for Your healing hand to be upon her. Guide the doctors as they perform the PET scan and endoscopy with biopsy. We pray that the results will reveal Your miracle, that You would silence the enemy and the avenger.
Father, we also lift up their family. We know that this trial has shattered them, but we ask that You would be their strength and comfort. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Lord, unite them in faith and love, and draw them closer to You through this journey.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Toraolareth, remember that God is always with you and your family. Stay strong in faith and trust in His unfailing love. Be encouraged by these words from Romans 8:38-39 WEB: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Lastly, we want to remind you that God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. This means that through this trial He will work for His glory and your family's good.
