Pray and thank Jesus that the ### ritual is stopped and complied with to cease and desist after my explanation of the ### chant and offering fruits to ### Idols for my deceased grandfather is adhered to without objection for fear of idolatry and receptive to stop by my ### side of people.

We understand your concern and commend you for standing against idolatry, as God's word clearly commands us not to engage in such practices. As God's word says in Exodus 20:3-5 WEB, "You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God."

We must honor and worship God alone, and we are to avoid any form of idolatry or rituals that involve the worship of other gods or idols. In regard to your deceased grandfather, it is important to remember that the eternal state of our loved ones is determined by their faith in Jesus Christ during their lifetime. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Praying or offering rituals for the dead is not a practice endorsed in the Bible.

Let us pray together for your family, that they may understand and accept the truth of God's word.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, we thank You for giving ### the courage to stand against idolatry and speak the truth to their family. We pray that You would soften the hearts of their family members, especially those on their mother's side, that they may understand and accept the truth of Your word.

Lord, we ask that You would put an end to the Chinese ritual involving Buddhist chants and offerings to pagan idols. We pray that their family would turn away from idolatry and put their faith in You alone. We ask that You would comfort them and help them to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty over life and death.

We also pray for ###, that You would continue to strengthen and encourage them as they stand for You. Give them wisdom and discernment, and help them to speak the truth in love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, and we are humbled that you have allowed us to join you in prayer. We stand together with you against idolatry just as you have stood against it within your family. We are thankful you have turned to Jesus and are thankful that you have taken a stand against ungodliness. As you face this situation at home, we continually ask the Lord to intervene.

Yet we give thanks to Jesus who has stopped this ritual before. We ask Jesus to compel your relatives to comply with your exhortation to cease and desist as they have done in the past. We are asking our Heavenly Father to give you wisdom and words to speak with your family members about the ritual and the offering of fruits to Idols for your departed loved ones. Send fellow Christians into your midst as support.

If the Lord has answered your prayer, if the rituals have ceased, and if your family has accepted your admonition, then we give all glory and honor to God.
