We join you, Dexter2020, in lifting up your requests to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father. We are thankful that you acknowledge this in your request.
Firstly, we pray for your future spouse, that God will prepare them and you for a godly marriage. We ask that God will guide you both in His will and His way. Remember, that we are not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14), so it is important that you both are believers in Jesus Christ. Be open to God's leading, as His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Concerning Felicia, we pray that God will reveal His will to you clearly. Be cautious of relying solely on signs. God can use them, but He more often speaks to us through His Word.
Remember that godly love is not just a feeling, but a commitment to love as Christ loved us, and gave Himself for us (Ephesians 5:25). It is loving her as the beautiful woman in Proverbs chapter 31. Godly love is willing to wait until marriage for physical intimacy, as this is God's design for the protection of both you and her. Fornication is a sin against your own body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-19).
If Felicia is truly the one God has prepared for you, He will make it clear in His perfect timing. God wants you to trust in Him with all your heart, and not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
A house is not a home without Jesus Christ as the Lord. Make your home a place of worship.Make sure you are praying with any Christians that come to your home church. Then it will truly be a home church and you are praying for the same purpose.
Regarding your new job, we pray that God will guide you, help you to achieve the contract becoming permanent, to work as working for the Lord and not for man. Give Him all of the glory. We pray that God will use you in that job to showcase the light of the gospel through Jesus positive things are performed with people there. Be a blessing there.
Colossians 3:23 WEB ''Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,''
We pray in Jesus' mighty name, trusting in Him. Amen.
