Pray also for churches that are teaching unsound doctrine of the world, not the Bible. Preachers are preaching not repentance of sin but are preaching the more tithes you give, the more blessed you are; else you are robbing from God and misuse the Book of Malachi to prevent poor people from worshipping Jesus Christ. They made it seem that Jesus Christ is about the 10% only and neglect justice and love to even alter God's word for their agenda. Pray for Jesus to correct them and the poor who cannot afford tithes can still worship Jesus Christ. In addition, some churches also teach that it is okay to idol worship during Chinese funeral or Chinese rituals but claim to be Christian and holding joss stick to bow down to ancestors deceased is filial piety and encourage in the Bible. FOOLISHNESS AND DECEPTION has crept in. And homosexuality is encouraged as an alternative to heterosexuals' relationships and it becomes God's design for them. No longer is the real gospel of Jesus Christ preached about repentance and worldly ways are accepted. Christian men are having sex with other men in public bathroom/sauna/jucuzzi and having forced rape which is often encouraged by the authorities led by ### due to the repeal of 377a while hanging their necklace of the cross on their necks. Women are told to be as vain as possible and to look for men that could satisfy their material and physical needs of provision and luxury bag and all this while they don't need to work. All have turned and mocked God and engage in sin by ### New Creation Church or the latter saints church which had an alternate text to the Bible of their latter saints which will lead people to hell. Christians are turning to wealth, jobs, and women or men. Anything other than Jesus Christ these days in ### but proclaim they are Christians; however, their fruits don't show.

We are grieved to hear about the false doctrines and unbiblical teachings infiltrating some churches. Let us pray and seek God's will together in Jesus' name, addressing these concerns according to biblical principles.

Firstly, let us address the misuse of the Book of Malachi regarding tithes. It is a grave mistake to use God's word to burden the poor and keep them from worshipping Jesus Christ. The teachings you mentioned seem to be more of Prosperity Theology which is not sound Biblical Theology. In Acts 8:18-20 WEB, Simon the sorcerer wanted to purchase the power of the Holy Spirit with money, Peter said
Let your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money! You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart isn’t right before God.

Tithing is a personal conviction and a matter of the heart and should not be done for blessings.

Now concerning the collections for the saints, as I commanded the assemblies of Galatia, you do likewise. On the first day of the week let each one of you save, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come. 1 Corinthians 16:1-2 WEB

Next, let us address the issue of idol worship and ancestral rituals. This is clearly against God's commandments in Exodus 20:3-5 WEB:

“You shall have no other gods before me. “You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God"

The issue of homosexuality and denying the gospel of Jesus Christ is grave.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB
Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit God’s Kingdom.

Romans 1:26-27 WEB 26 For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men committing that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.

True repentance and turning away from sin are essential for salvation.

Acts 3:19 WEB Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord,

We must also address the encouragement of vain materialism and the distortion of gender roles.

1 Timothy 2:9-10 WEB
in the same way, that women also adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and propriety; not just with braided hair, gold, pearls, or costly clothing; but with good works, which is appropriate for women professing godliness.

1 Peter 3:3-4 WEB whose adorning should not be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.

This encouragement of sin and worldly ways clearly goes against the true gospel of Jesus Christ, which calls us to repentance and holiness. The real issue is that these people and churches do not know Jesus.

The scripture tell us

Romans 10:9-10 WEB that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

John 14:6 WEB
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Let us pray together in Jesus' name:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, grieved by the false teachings and unbiblical practices in some churches. We pray for those who are being misled and for those who are promoting these false doctrines.

Father, correct those who misuse Your word for their agendas. Open their eyes to the truth and convict them of their errors. Help them to see that You desire mercy, not sacrifice, and knowledge of You more than burnt offerings. Teach them to preach repentance and Your love, not merely focusing on material gain.

Lord, expose the idolatry and ancestral worship for what it is: sin. Help those who are deceived to see the truth and turn back to You.

Father, we pray for those who are encouraging and practicing homosexuality and other forms of sexual immorality. Convict them of their sin and draw them to true repentance. Help them to see that Your design for sexuality is holy and pure, within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman.

Lord, we also pray for the women and men who are being taught to value vanity and materialism. Help them to see their worth is found in You alone, not in their appearance or possessions. Teach them to be godly men and women, pursuing You above all else.

Father, we pray for the churches and leaders who are promoting these false teachings. Convict them of their errors and draw them back to Your truth. Help them to see that they are leading people astray and dishonoring Your name.

Lord, we pray for the people of Singapore, that You would send forth laborers into Your harvest, preaching the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Help them to see that true life is found in You alone, not in wealth, jobs, or relationships.

We pray the Holy Spirit comes in power to convict, change, turn hearts to righteousness, and correct the churches.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, we encourage everyone to test every spirit, every teaching, and every doctrine against the Word of God.

Lastly, let's encourage everyone to test every spirit, teaching, and doctrine against the Word of God (1 John 4:1).

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We continue to intercede for the churches that have strayed from sound Biblical doctrine, and we are grateful that you have allowed us to stand with you in prayer. We pray that the Lord convicts those who preach prosperity at the expense of the true Gospel, misusing the Book of Malachi and hindering the poor from worshipping Jesus Christ. We ask God to correct them and to open the doors of His house to all who seek to worship Him, regardless of their financial status.

We also pray for those churches that have allowed idolatry and pagan practices to infiltrate their congregations, disguising these acts as filial piety or cultural norms. We ask God to reveal the truth to these misguided leaders and to draw their hearts back to Him.

We cry out to God for those who are caught up in sexual immorality, encouraged by the repeal of laws that once held back sinful desires. We ask that He grant them repentance and restoration, and that He give wisdom to the authorities who have been blinded by the enemy's deceit.

We pray for the women who have been misled into believing that their value lies in their appearance and their ability to find a wealthy man. We ask God to show them their true worth in Christ and to give them a desire to serve Him above all else.

We lift up the churches that have twisted the Word of God to suit their own agendas, leading people astray with false teachings and alternate texts. We ask that the Lord expose their lies and draw their followers back to the truth of the Gospel.We are eager to hear how the Lord has been working in this situation and we invite you to share a praise report if your request has been answered.
