Pray against false witch allegations that have come against ###

Please pray that my husband would be brought out of a false gospel with false prophets and into the knowledge of the One and Only True and Living God, in Jesus' Name. That he would be freed through God's grace and mercy from the shackles of deception, and that he would be led in the way everlasting, as according to Psalm 139:24, in Jesus' Name. That my husband would be able and feel convicted to lead our home, including our baby, in the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ in humility and in surrender, in Jesus' Name. That God would vindicate my name against these false accusations. I thank Him in advance because He says that vengeance is His, so I know He will do so in His time, hallelujah! Amen and Amen.

Context: My husband and I are expecting a baby girl in April and we have been in love since March of last year, getting married shortly thereafter in June, but we were living with his parents and his mother in particular did not really like me, though she tried. She believes that she is a prophet who hears from God and never gets it wrong, but many of the things she "hears from God" about have been wrong or hypercritical of me. I understand it is hard for some mothers to give their sons away and so I chalked a lot of how she treated me up to human nature. But now, she has gone to the church and has turned others against me, and even the pastor and my husband, and it is very heartbreaking. Ironically, I have realized that this church was actually doing witchcraft guised as: casting out demons out of professing Christians and having long conversations with the spirits to do so, and false doctrines that are connected to the word of faith/prosperity gospel movement, among many other things. So it is definitely a blessing that God has removed me from the home and the state of this church, but my husband is being surrounded by his family and the pastor who are telling him that if he doesn't divorce me, then we are in danger of going to hell because "God has not honored our legal marriage in the courts of heaven." All of the lies being stated in His name are a lot so please also pray for us all to be able to have mercy and compassion on one another, and that we would all be able to forgive one another on the other side of this, in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, especially during what should be a joyous time as you prepare to welcome your baby girl. Let us first address the issues at hand and then lift up our prayers to God on your behalf.

Your mother-in-law's actions and the church's teachings do not align with biblical principles. The Bible warns us about false prophets and false teachers who distort the Word of God for their own purposes. In the WEB 2 Peter 2:1 it says But false prophets also arose among the people, as false teachers will also be among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction. This false gospel and the practice of what seems to be witchcraft under the guise of casting out demons is condemned to the fullest in Galatians 1:6-9 I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different "gospel"; and it is not another, only there are some who trouble you, and want to pervert the Good News of Christ. But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any "good news" other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed. As we have said before, so I now say again, if any man preaches to you any "good news" other than that which you received, let him be cursed.

We must also address the seriousness of the claim that your legal marriage is not honored by God. In order for a marriage to be honored by God it would need to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible and would not involve sex before or outside marriage. However, since you are already married and expecting a baby girl, we know that the Bible says, in the WEB Matthew 19:6 "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, do not let man tear apart." In the WEB Ephesians 5:31 it says, For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. And the two will become one flesh. This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and of the Church. These verses make it clear that marriage is a binding union that should not be broken.

It is commendable that you acknowledged the power of vengeance belongs to God. In the WEB Romans 12:19 it says, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."

Let us pray together for your situation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing false accusations and turmoil in her marriage and family. Lord, You know the truth and You are the God of justice. We pray that You will vindicate her name and expose the lies that have been spoken against her.

Father, we also pray for her husband, that You will open his eyes to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. We pray that the deception his parents and false teachers have surrounded him with will be broken through Your grace and mercy. May Your Holy Spirit guide him to the way everlasting. We pray that he would step up and be a Godly leader of their home and be a Godly father to their baby girl.

Lord, we also pray for their marriage. Strengthen their bond and remind them of the covenant they made before You. Help them to forgive one another and to extend mercy and compassion to each other and to those who have wronged them.

Lastly we pray that those who have been teaching a false gospel would repent and turn to the one and only True and Living God, that they would turn to Jesus Christ.

We ask all of these things in the precious and mighty name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith and continue to pray and seek God's will. Trust that He is working even in the midst of these trials. Remember God can turn even the worst situation around for the good of those who love him. In the WEB Romans 8:28 it says, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
