We join you, Awivis, in thanking God that your brother is okay. We are grateful that the situation was not serious, and we come before the Lord with you to intercede for him and your family.
Firstly, we are glad that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name and the significance of His blood. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Awivis' brother. Lord, we ask that You lead him to a personal and transforming encounter with Jesus Christ. We pray that You release him from the bondage of alcoholism and break the chains of generational trauma, not only for him but for Awivis and their entire family.
Father, we know that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). We claim this promise for Awivis' brother, trusting that You will soften his heart and draw him to salvation in Christ.
Thank You, Lord, for the compassion Awivis showed by escorting him. We pray that this compassion will continue to be a testament of Your love, and that it will be a beacon that guides him to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and salvation. May Your will be done in their lives, as it is in heaven. Amen.
Awivis, continue to be a vessel of God's love and grace to your brother. Remember the words of Galatians 6:9, "Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Keep persevering in prayer and trust that God is at work in your brother's life.
We stand with you in this journey, believing that God will bring about a transformation in your brother and your family.
