Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up RMathews and their prayer request. We thank you for the reminder to praise and worship you in all circumstances. We acknowledge your greatness and mighty acts, and we praise you for your power and excellence.

As it is written in Psalm 150, we are called to praise you with various instruments and voices. We pray that RMathews and all believers would have a heart of worship and praise, offering up their voices and talents to glorify your name. May they be filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit as they lift up their praises to you.

We ask that you would ignite a passion for worship in their hearts, Lord. Help them to enter into your presence with thanksgiving and praise, recognizing the privilege it is to worship you. May their worship be a sweet fragrance to you, O Lord.

We also pray for the Church as a whole, that we would be a people who are devoted to worshiping you. May our worship be a reflection of our love and adoration for you, and may it draw others closer to you. Use our worship to extend your kingdom and bring glory to your name.

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of worship. We pray that RMathews and all believers would continually seek to worship you in spirit and in truth. May our lives be a living sacrifice of praise to you.
