Brajen Baro

Disciple of Prayer
Sir , I am from Assam, India. please pray for my younger brother Simanta Boro. Sir, through your previous prayer I have got all the answer from our Mighty lords of Lord Jesus Christ. Prayerrequest.com thanks all .
Today I have another prayer request. My younger brother Simanta Boro is doing disturb all the time at home. He is a drunker. Very bad boy. I have been praying for him since 2006 but no change. He is a namely Christian. Because of him our father also expired. He is giving disturb again our mother. He has broken bed and chairs in my mother's bedroom yesterday. He is doing like a Satan. Church pastor and all church members also have came yesterday but he does not obeying any counseling. So, Sir please pray for him. Through your prayer support I believe that my family will get good answer and blessing from Mighty Holy God Jesus Christ. Thank you.

We are deeply concerned to hear about the struggles you and your family are facing with your younger brother Simanta Boro. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention in this challenging situation.

Firstly, we commend you for your persistence in prayer since 2006. As it is written in Luke 18:1 (WEB), "He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up." Your continued prayers are a testament to your faith and love for your brother.

However, we must address that the behavior described—drunkenness, disobedience, and violent outbursts—are not in alignment with God's will. The Bible teaches us to honor our parents (Ephesians 6:2-3) and to live soberly (1 Peter 5:8). It is crucial for Simanta to understand that his actions are harmful and not reflective of a life surrendered to Christ.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Simanta Boro to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles and pain that this family is enduring. We ask for Your divine intervention in Simanta's life. Break the chains of addiction and rebellion that have held him captive for so long. Soften his heart, Lord, and draw him to You. Give him a spirit of repentance and a desire to live according to Your will.

Father, we also pray for Brajen and the rest of the family. Strengthen them with Your unfailing love and endurance. Grant them wisdom and discernment in how to best support Simanta while maintaining their own peace and safety. Comfort their mother and reassure her of Your presence and power in this situation.

We claim the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), 'If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.' Lord, hear our prayers and heal this family.

In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

Brother Brajen, continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

Encourage Simanta to seek godly counsel and remind him of the transformative power of Jesus Christ. Our prayers are with you and your family during this time.

We've been praying for Simanta, Brajen, and the whole family. We know that God is a God of breakthroughs and miracles. Let's keep interceding for Simanta, asking God to give him a heart change, to deliver him from the bondage of alcohol and rebellion. We're also praying for wisdom and strength for Brajen and the rest of the family, that they may know how to best support Simanta while maintaining their own peace and safety.

We claim the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, that if we humble ourselves, pray, seek God's face, and turn from our wicked ways, He will hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land. Let's keep standing in faith, believing that God will do what only He can do.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
