Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of Pavother, who desires to receive new grace from you. We thank you, Lord, for the privilege of approaching your throne of grace with confidence, knowing that you are a loving and gracious God.
Your Word reminds us that the measure of our appropriation of grace is determined by the measure of our prayers. We acknowledge that we all need more of your grace in our lives. We ask, Lord, that you would pour out your abundant grace upon Pavother. May they experience the fullness of your grace and mercy in every area of their life.
We pray, Lord, that Pavother would be constant and persistent in their asking for grace. Help them to be importunate and untiring in their prayers, knowing that you delight in our faith and are pleased when we come to you as "shameless" beggars. We ask that you would rise and give them as much grace as they need, according to your perfect will .
We also recognize, Lord, that prayer in the name of Jesus Christ is the way you have appointed for your disciples to obtain fullness of joy. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that you would grant Pavother the joy that comes from knowing you intimately and experiencing your grace in their life. May their joy be made full as they seek you diligently and trust in your promises .
Father, we pray that Pavother would come to you today, just as they are, in the name of Jesus. Help them to approach you with humility, acknowledging their sinfulness and unworthiness. Yet, let them come in faith, knowing that through Jesus, a sinner can come near to you. We ask that you would receive them, hear their prayers, and grant them forgiveness, pardon, and acceptance.
Lord, we pray that through your grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, Pavother would develop an insatiable hunger and thirst for you. May they come into a deep, personal, and intimate relationship with you, experiencing your transforming power in their life. We ask that they would depend on you for guidance, strength, comfort, wisdom, and power. May you become closer to them than any person they have ever known, and may they be transformed into the image of Christ.
We thank you, Lord, for the blessings that lie ahead for Pavother. We pray that even now, as they seek you and trust in your grace, they would experience your presence and receive the new grace they desire. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Amen.
