We understand your heart's cry, Zian, and we join with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family and your employment situation.
Firstly, we are glad that you are praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). It's important to remember that our access to God is only through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let's pray together for your family:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Zian's family to You. We ask for Your divine protection over them, guarding them from all evil and harm. We pray that You would fill their hearts with joy and happiness that can only come from You. May Your love bind them together, and may they grow stronger in their faith and relationship with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Regarding your job, we hear your struggle and desire for change. Let's seek God's will together:
"Lord God, we ask for Your guidance and provision in Zian's work life. If it is Your will for them to leave their current job, we pray that the resignation process would go smoothly, and that You would open up a new path for them. We trust that You have a purpose and a plan for Zian, and we ask that You would provide them with a job that not only meets their needs but also allows them to serve You and others. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, we encourage you to persevere in your current job, as Scripture teaches us to work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Remember that God can use even difficult situations for our good and His glory (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Lastly, be assured that God hears your prayers. As it is written, "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry." (Psalm 34:15 WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
