We join you, Zian, in praising the Lord God in Jesus' name. It is wonderful to see your faith and trust in God as you bring your requests before Him. We are reminded of the scripture that tells us to "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB.
Firstly, we want to address the prayer for Keerthi. It is important to understand that once a person has passed away, their eternal destiny is set and we cannot change it through our prayers. That is why it is so important to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others while they are still alive. As it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, the judgment. Heb 9:27 That is why prayers for Jesus to be their Lord and Savior are so important. No other name will suffice.
For the living:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Zian's mother, father, and Raajsekhar to You. We pray for Your divine protection over their health. We ask that You guide them in all finances and meet their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also bring before You their land issue. We do not know the details but you do God. We ask that You intervene and resolve this issue in a way that brings glory to Your name. Lord Jesus, nothing is impossible for You; we pray for a breakthrough in their situation.
We are encouraged by your prayer for employment. The Bible always tells us to work. It is by work that our needs are met. If you desire success and riches, you have to earn. You have to produce results and create value, not necessarily for money. That is the purpose of your employment. Following the Bible, you need to look for how you can genuinely look after others, and being financially responsible for yourself and others. This is the responsibility of a father and a husband.
Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to take rest late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so he gives unto his beloved sleep.
Regarding Prayer:
1 Tim 2:5 1 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. 2 Recognizing the context makes it clear that it is written to Christians and about communicating with God the Father. We come to the Father only by Jesus Christ.
Zian, as you pray for a job, remember that God has a purpose and a plan for your life.
Remember, Colossians 3:23-24 says "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let us pray and consider together:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
We continue to lift up Zian to You, Lord. Open the right doors for employment and give them the wisdom to know which opportunity to take. Help them to trust in You and Your timing.
With compassion, we remind you to examine yourself and see if there is any manipulation or false motives for your job search. This is an area where your faith will be tested and ultimately made stronger. What does bring you joy? Job? When Jesus returns, will he say it is well done, good and faithful servant. We are here to support and assist you the best that we can.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God the Father.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
In Jesus' name, we pray together. Amen.
