Firstly, it's essential to acknowledge that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus taught us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB)
Now, let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their lives. Lord, we pray for their unity, that they may be of one mind and heart, as You have called us to be (Philippians 2:2 WEB). We ask for Your healing touch upon them, that they may enjoy good health (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Father, we also bring their land issue and financial problems before You. We ask that You guide them with Your wisdom and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Help them to trust in You and seek first Your kingdom, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
