We understand your distress, Zian, and we want to lift up your situation in prayer with you. First, we want to remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." Even in difficult circumstances, we can find things to be thankful for, as God is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).
However, we also recognize the importance of being in a healthy work environment. In your prayer, you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ, but it's crucial to remember that it's through His name that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" So, let's pray in His name.
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You today to lift up Zian. We thank You for their current job, but we also see that they are struggling with the way they are being treated. Lord, we ask that You would guide Zian to a new job if that's Your will. Open doors that no man can shut, and give Zian the wisdom to know which path to take.
In the meantime, Lord, we ask that You would give Zian the strength to endure their current situation. Help them to respond to their manager with kindness and respect, even when they are being scolded unjustly. We know that this is not easy, Lord, but with Your help, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Help Zian to shine Your light in their workplace, so that others may see their good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Zian, remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing He will also provide the way out to a way that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep trusting in Him, and keep seeking His will in all things.
