Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise and gratitude for Your endless love and mercy. We lift up our brother Zian to You, who is seeking Your guidance and favor regarding a job opportunity. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the plans You have for him, plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future .
Father, we ask in Jesus' name that You would open doors for Zian according to Your perfect will. If this job is the one You have chosen for him, we pray that You would expedite the process and provide him with good news soon. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus as he waits.
We trust in Your timing and Your plans, Lord. May Your will be done in Zian's life, and may he find favor in Your sight. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
