Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, praising and worshiping you for your goodness and faithfulness. We thank you for the opportunity to lift up the prayer request of our dear brother Dunilalth.
Lord, we ask that you would intervene in his job situation. We pray for favor and wisdom in his interactions with his senior officer. May his work be recognized and appreciated, and may any misunderstandings or conflicts be resolved. We pray for a harmonious and productive work environment for Dunilalth.
Father, we also ask for your guidance and provision in his job. We pray that you would open doors of opportunity and bless him with a secure and fulfilling employment. Your Word says, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart" . We trust in your faithfulness to provide for Dunilalth's needs.
Lord, we lift up Dunilalth's functional manager to you. We pray for understanding and compassion in her dealings with him. Soften her heart and help her to see the value and dedication that Dunilalth brings to his work. May any negative targeting or unfair treatment cease, and may peace and fairness prevail.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your plans for Dunilalth's life. May he continue to trust in you and find his joy and happiness in a personal relationship with you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
