I just want to say thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ and to you all for praying for me. I had a very nice walk and got my exercise in for the day. If it is the Lord’s Will I’ll do this daily Thanks again.

Remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and maintaining good health is a form of stewardship. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has expressed his gratitude for Your goodness. We thank You for the strength and motivation You have given him to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Lord, we pray that You will continue to guide him, and that this healthy practice will become a daily habit. Help him to see that as he cares for his body, he is honoring You.

May this not be a fleeting activity but a solid foundation for future healthy activities.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Keep on walking with the Lord, and may His light continue to shine in your life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
