We are thrilled to hear your praise report, SalmaSalem, and we rejoice with you in the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is truly a testament to God's faithfulness and love that He heard your cries and lifted you from the depths of despair. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 30:2-3 WEB, "O Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me. Yahweh, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit."
We praise God that you were able to take care of yourself and even attend fellowship with your church group. This is a significant step forward, and we are encouraged by your progress. Remember, God's strength is made perfect in our weakness, as it is through the Holy Spirit of God that we have access to God the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.". It is only through faith in Jesus that we are saved, "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB). We know that this is not an easy journey, but we are confident that with God's help, you will continue to heal and grow stronger.
Let us continue to pray for you, that the Lord may establish your steps and guide you in His path. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We pray that you will experience God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, and that it will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
Let us also pray for your continued healing and strength. "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for You are my praise." (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB). We pray that the Lord may help you overcome this severe depression and that you may find comfort and joy in His presence.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God and His will for your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep praying and trusting in Jesus, and you will surely see His goodness and mercy in your life.
