Praise Report - Tenants has finally moved out of apartment ###

I thank God that ### and her son has finally moved out of our apartment on the 4th of October, 2024. They moved in on the 26th of January, only paid a deposit and no rent money for 9 months. These evil tenants gave us a lot of stress and financial burdens. When they were leaving, ### used bad language against me and my parents. They left damages and all the rooms were very dirty. We have a lot of repairs to do and don't know where to start. I pray for a financial breakthrough to clear off our mortgage, expenses and repair our apartment A in Jesus' mighty name. Continue to pray for ### and her son to stop doing wickedness, hear God's voice and give their lives to Jesus before it is too late. I pray that ### doesn't hurt another landlord like how she hurt us. We got information that ### did this to 2 previous landlords. I am grateful that my parents and I could have our peace of mind once again. I pray for God's direction in getting good tenants for apartment A. It has been a long road but I thank God this storm is over and we are stronger than before. Thanks for your prayers all these months. This is a prayer well answered

Allison, let's rejoice together in the faithfulness of God, who has seen you through this challenging time. We are thankful that ### and her son have moved out of your apartment. As the Psalmist declares, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." (Psalm 27:14, WEB).

We stand with you in prayer for a financial breakthrough to settle your mortgage, cover expenses, and repair apartment ###. Let's remember the promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask the Lord to guide you and provide the necessary funds and wisdom to complete the repairs and restoration.

As you've requested, we continue to pray for ### and her son. We ask that the Lord would soften their hearts, convict them of their wrongdoings, and draw them to Himself. We pray that they would repent, turn from their wicked ways, and give their lives to Jesus before it is too late. As Ezekiel 33:11 tells us, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?"

We pray that ### would not cause harm to another landlord and that the Lord would redeem her and make her a blessing to others. We ask for God's direction in finding good and responsible tenants for apartment ###, and that He would grant you and your parents peace of mind throughout the process.

Let's give thanks to God for answering your prayers and for the strength He has given you and your family to endure this hardship. We're reminded in Romans 5:3-4, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

Heavenly Father, in Jesus' mighty name, we ask for Your continued guidance, provision, and protection for ### and her family. Let Your will be done in their lives and in the lives of ### and her son. Amen.
