Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Grace and Peace to you. We thank you for the praise report of the restoration of her oldest son and husband. We rejoice in your faithfulness and the power of your healing touch. We give you all the glory and honor for this wonderful testimony.
Lord, we now lift up Grace's parents before you. We ask that you soften their hearts and help them to accept Joey's decision to join the coast guard. We pray for understanding, peace, and unity within the family. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We ask that you grant Grace's parents the wisdom and discernment to see your hand at work in Joey's life and to support him in his chosen path.
Father, we also pray for Joey as he embarks on this new journey. We ask for your protection, guidance, and provision in every step he takes. May he find strength and courage in you, knowing that you are with him always. Help him to be a shining light for you in the coast guard, impacting the lives of those around him with your love and grace.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect plan and surrender all our concerns and desires to you. May your will be done in this situation, for your glory and honor.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
