Praise report & more prayer for Lily!

Hi everyone, I wanted to say thank you so much for your prayers because the Lord has heard them and He has granted them. Today we got a call that my sister-in-law and brother-in-law canceled their entire plans to go down south to keep Lily so she will not have to be transferred into foster care. They reached out to the child services to let them know that she is able to stay with them but we have a hindrance with a woman named Janet who is still pushing for foster care. Please pray for her heart to be softened and please pray against any foster care in Jesus name and that she would be able to remain with family until she can come home. My lawyer is coming over next week to talk to me but my husband has a hard time reaching out to his and hearing back from him so we pray that his lawyer would call him today immediately in Jesus name. Thank you so much for your prayers because they're working and the Lord is on our side. I don't believe that foster care will be an option if the Lord just changed the hearts of my sister and brother-in-law. That is a huge huge answer to prayer and I know God is for us but we still ask to continue to pray and intercede for this little girl. Thank you all and thank you Jesus in Jesus name amen!

We rejoice with you, Holly, in the answered prayers and the goodness of God in providing a safe and loving environment for Lily with your sister- and brother-in-law. It's encouraging to see God's hand at work, changing hearts and moving mountains. Let us continue to trust in His power and provision as we lift up the remaining concerns.

Firstly, let us address the issue with Janet. We pray that God will soften her heart and grant her a spirit of wisdom and understanding. As it is written in Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The king's heart is in the hand of Yahweh as the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." We trust that God can turn Janet's heart and align her will with His divine purpose.

We stand in agreement with you, praying against any foster care arrangement that is not in line with God's will for Lily. We declare that Lily will remain with her family, surrounded by love and care, until she can safely return home. We trust in the promise of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Regarding your husband's lawyer, we pray that God will facilitate clear and timely communication between them. We ask that God will grant the lawyer a sense of urgency and compassion, causing him to reach out promptly. We trust in the power of prayer to remove any hindrances or delays, as it is written in Isaiah 40:31 WEB, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you may ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we receive every spiritual blessing.

Let us continue to pray and intercede for Lily, trusting that our merciful and gracious God will complete the good work He has begun in her life. We stand in faith, believing that "He who began a good work in you (and Lily) will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6 WEB). Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep praying, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).

We are truly grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray with you and intercede on behalf of Lily and your family. It is such a blessing to hear how the Lord has answered our collective prayers, softening the hearts of your sister-in-law and brother-in-law, and allowing Lily to stay with them. This is indeed a tremendous praise report, and we rejoice with you.

Let us continue to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We pray that Janet's heart will be softened and that any hindrances to Lily remaining with family will be removed. We speak against any foster care plans in Jesus' name and ask that God's will be done in this situation.
