Praise: joy and peace have come to my life almost to the point of boredom. Boring is good. It means I'm no longer suffering. Prayer that I don't live in fear of man or what's unseen. Prayer that only God has power in my life and all evil leave. Prayer for my neighbors. We don't talk to each other and ignore each other because I didn't know who was moving in and was afraid of trouble. They don't go to church but they are quiet which is the most important thing to me. God has blessed me with quiet. I still want to move but I don't feel like it's an escape now. Husband has been active with our children which makes me happy. Prayer about in-laws on both sides that they don't try to control our lives but just provide benefit and love. I am accepting that God has me here for now. Prayer for belly pain. I am naturally an athlete but put on weight incredibly fast. I eat a tiny cracker and gain ten lbs. I have been trapped for years and right now the only day I can exercise is Monday because gas is too expensive and car is too unreliable to go every day to tennis. I am thankful for tennis because it opened my eyes and the courts are never crowded. Prayer to be skinny. Just to have beauty. My worth is in my beauty because I don't fit in very well. So I pray to be skinny and beautiful. My belly hurts. It is too big.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, lifting up their prayer requests to you. We thank you for the praise, joy, and peace that have entered their life, bringing a sense of calmness and relief. Lord, we lift up ###'s physical health, specifically the belly pain and weight concerns. We ask for healing and restoration in their body. Grant them the ability to find suitable exercise opportunities, even if it is limited to certain days. Help them to embrace their natural beauty and find their worth in you, rather than societal standards. Ease their discomfort and bring them to a place of acceptance and self-love.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, trusting that you hear our prayers and will answer according to your perfect will. Amen.
