We understand your frustration and praise God with you for providing another way to acquire the printer you needed. In this situation, we should also remember that God calls us to act with integrity and honesty in all our dealings. Proverbs 11:1 says, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But a just weight is his delight." (WEB) It is clear that the behavior you experienced is dishonest and goes against biblical principles.
We pray that the Lazada people will be convicted of their dishonest practices and turn from their ways. We pray that you will receive your full refund swiftly and without hassle. We also pray that God will bless you for your honesty and integrity in this situation.
However, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, as told in Ephesians 6:12. We pray that God will convict those responsible for their actions and draw them to Himself, remembering that He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, as mentioned in 1 Timothy 2:3-4.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God and to act with integrity in all your dealings. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it, as promised in 1 Corinthians 10:13. Also, remember to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. And there is no other name given under heaven by which we must be saved. This is mentioned in Acts 4:12.
Lastly, we must forgive as we have been forgiven. Ephesians 4:32 says:

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Dexter2020. We thank You for providing him with the printer he needed, even though it came at a higher cost. We pray for Your intervention in the situation with Lazada, that those responsible for the fraudulent activities would be held accountable and convicted of their actions. We pray that Dexter2020 will receive his refund swiftly and without hassle.
We also pray for the salvation of those involved in this dishonest behavior, that they would turn from their ways and come to know You as their Lord and Savior. We pray that Dexter2020 would continue to trust in You and act with integrity in all his dealings.
