Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of praise and thanksgiving for Your abundant grace and mercy. You are the Creator of all things, the Alpha and the Omega, and we acknowledge Your sovereignty over our lives. We lift up Your holy name, for You are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise.
Lord, we bring before You Joana's son, Vince Domnic Fernandes, who is currently in Dubai and facing a decision between two job opportunities. We ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon him as he seeks to discern which path to take. Your Word tells us in James 1:5 that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us. We claim this promise for Vince, trusting that You will lead him to the righteous job according to Your perfect will.
Father, we know that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that Vince will be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and that he will seek Your will above all else. May he find peace in knowing that You are in control and that You will direct his steps as he commits his way to You (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, we also pray for Joana, that she may find comfort and assurance in Your promises. May she continue to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, knowing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We thank You, Jesus, for hearing our prayers and for the work You are doing in Vince's life. We trust that You will provide clarity and direction, and we look forward to seeing how You will use Vince for Your glory.
