Praise be to You, oh gracious Lord, for You have answered my prayer.

Here, today, I bear true and honest witness to the ultimate power and glory of the one true God, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanks be to You, Lord Jesus, for You have blessed me more than I deserve.

My career was heading downhill fast and I was depressed, anxious and fully expected to get made redundant.

My expectations were sadly met and I went through a period of stress, trauma and uncertainty.

But, some months earlier, I had prayed to our Lord Father and asked for intervention and guidance in my career.

I made very specific requests.

Father, You answered my prayer, and today I learned that a company is planning to make me an offer of employment -

This will be a role where I can make a real difference.

Glory be to You, oh Lord, for this is absolute and irrefutable evidence of Your power and goodness.

For those reading this, please hear my testament, and know - as I do - that our Saviour is the one, true God.

Living Lord Jesus, hear my prayer.
