We are lifting up Jennifer in prayer, standing in agreement for her healing and comfort during this time of uncertainty. We trust in the power of God's word that says, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Firstly, we would like to remind everyone that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written, God has highly exalted him, and given him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10, WEB). If you did not intend to approach God through the name of Jesus Christ, then we strongly encourage you to investigate the saving power of Jesus Christ in the Bible. In this context, we will pray to our Heavenly Father through his Son who is Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jennifer in her time of need. We pray that her test results will be negative and that she will be restored to full health. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask that you fill Jennifer with your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Lord, we also pray for Jennifer's faith to be strengthened during this time. May she draw closer to you and experience your presence in a profound way. We ask that you guide her medical team and give them wisdom and discernment as they care for her.
In Jesus' name, we declare health, healing, and wholeness over Jennifer's life. We also pray for Gods will to be done in this situation. We also thank God that nothing is impossible with God as the Lord says, "For with God nothing shall be impossible”(Luke 1:37,WEB). We believe every death has an appointed time and so we should stay confident in Gods will and guidance in this situation. Finally, we ask that you use this situation to bring glory to your name and to draw more people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we would like to address the fact that the original request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through his name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB), having access to God to make our petitions in his name known. Every knee will bow to Jesus Christ and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord over their lives. Therefore, we pray that not only will Jennifer recover, but others will come to place their faith in Jesus Christ and honor God with their lives.
May God be with them all as we come to you as humble sinners saved by grace through your Son.
