We lift up ### in prayer, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, we come before you on behalf of ### who is feeling desperate and depressed. We pray for your comfort and peace to surround them in this difficult time. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you draw near to ### and bring healing to their heart and mind.
Father, we thank you for the faithfulness of ### in seeking you, attending church, reading the Bible, and praying for others and the nation. We acknowledge that you are the source of all blessings, and we join ### in thanking you for your provision. We also ask for your forgiveness for any faults or sins that ### may have committed. Your Word assures us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We claim this promise for ### and ask for your forgiveness and cleansing.
Lord, we understand the financial struggles that ### is facing. We ask for your intervention and provision in their financial situation. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that you will supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask for a financial miracle for ###, that you would open doors of provision and meet their needs abundantly. Give them wisdom and guidance in managing their finances and provide for their bills and expenses.
However, Lord, we also ask for discernment and wisdom for ###. Help them to trust in your timing and to seek your will above all else. Your Word teaches us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, but to acknowledge you in all our ways, and you will make our paths straight. Grant ### the courage and strength to continue in faith, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
We pray against any feelings of loneliness and overwhelm that ### may be experiencing. Surround them with your love and presence, and bring supportive and caring people into their life. Help them to find comfort and encouragement in their relationship with you and in the fellowship of believers.
Lastly, Lord, we address the specific request for winning the lottery. We ask for your guidance and discernment in this matter. Help ### to trust in your plans and purposes for their life. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11 that you have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. We pray that you would grant ### peace and contentment, knowing that your ways are higher than our ways.
