Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved individual who is seeking a job at the post office. We know that You are the one who seeks to give hearts desires and works in miraculous ways. You have also promised that by humility and fearing You we will have riches, honor and life. We ask for Your will to be done in this situation, and if it is Your plan for them to have this job, we pray that You would open the doors and make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask that You would give them favor in the sight of those who are hiring. In the mighty of Jesus Christ.

Remember that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Trust in Him, and know that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. It could be He wants to show His miraculous power by suddenly opening the doors for this desired job at the post (WEB, Romans 8:28 and Jeremiah 29:13). But it would also be good to check the hiring process for the Post office and see if you have missed anything, ask the Post office what job skills, education, or other factors could be holding you back. Check whether you need to meet other requirements, improve your interviewing skills, or gain relevant experience.

Do not become weary of praying and believing God for this miracle of a job at the post office. It is God who provides human beings with strength to create wealth and provides skills to do a variety of jobs (WEB, Deuteronomy 8:18). Ultimately, love God and trust Him to care for all your needs. It could also be that there is a better job for you down the road that God wants you to have that could be even more of a blessing than working at the post office.

Finally let us remember the word of God in Philippians 6:6-7 (WEB):

Do not be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
