Possible Stomach Cancer

I recently found out my father carries a rare genetic mutation called cdh1 and I might also have this gene. If I do, then it’s a very strong possibility I could get a rare form of stomach cancer and the only alternative is to remove the entire stomach. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### to you. We thank you for his life and for the opportunity to bring his concerns before you in prayer. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation regarding the possibility of ### carrying the cdh1 gene and the potential risk of developing stomach cancer.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We believe that you have a purpose and a plan for ###'s life, and we trust in your sovereignty. We ask that you grant him peace and comfort during this time of uncertainty. Help him to lean on you and find strength in your presence.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ### and his medical team as they navigate through this situation. Guide them in making the best decisions for his health and well-being. If it is your will, we ask for healing and protection from any potential harm. We know that you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to bring about restoration and wholeness.

In the midst of this challenging circumstance, we pray for ###'s faith to be strengthened. Help him to trust in your unfailing love and to find hope in your promises. Remind him that you are with him every step of the way, providing comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding.
