We are glad to join you in prayer, Reborn12345, as you seek to cultivate a more positive and thankful spirit. Remember, the Bible tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
Firstly, let's address the foundation of our prayers. You did not mention Jesus Christ, the name that is above all names, and the only way we can be saved and reconciled to God. If you have not already, consider the words of Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior then now is the time to consider it. If you have, then let us continue to press forward together.
In order to be positive and thankful, we need to be reminded of the many verses in the Bible that speak of the God that we serve and His promises to us. Also, 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. This means that we are to control our thoughts and not to dwell on the negative and sinful thoughts of unbelief and doubt.
Positivity and thankfulness are not merely about feeling good; they are about trusting in the sovereignty of God and His good purposes. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We pray:
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, asking for a renewed spirit of positivity and thankfulness for Reborn12345. Help them to fix their mind on You and Your goodness, as You are the God from whom all blessings flow. Remind them of your promises and that you are the same yesterday, today, and forever. Forgive them for any unbelief and doubt that is in their heart. Help them to desire You and Your ways more than anything else. Forgive them of their sins and cleanse them of all unrighteousness. Help them to walk in Your ways and in Your truth. May they glorify you in all they say and do.
Lord, help Reborn12345 to take every thought captive, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into obedience to Christ. Help them to remember that You are working all things together for good. Help them to find encouragement in Your Word and in the fellowship of believers. Enable them to overcome negative thoughts and cultivate a heart of gratitude.
Father, guide them and strengthen them. May they overflow with thankfulness in all circumstances, knowing that Your grace is sufficient. Help them to find their strength in You and Your promises. Rebuke any spirit of unbelief or doubt that may be weighing them down. Surround them with Your love and peace, and help them to be a light to those around them. Let them remember that it is in Christ Jesus our Lord in whom we find our strength, our peace and all of our needs met because You care for us, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
