Robert941, we hear your cry for help and we are standing with you in this struggle. Firstly, let's hold fast to the promise that "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

We must remember that pornography is a sin against our own body and against God. Jesus said, "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart" (Matthew 5:28 WEB). Therefore, we should flee from this sin and not indulge it.

Let's pray together:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing Robert941's struggle with temptation. Lord, You are faithful, and we trust that You will provide a way out of this temptation. Help him to flee from this sin and not indulge it (2 Timothy 2:22). Strengthen him in this battle for his mind and body. Help him, Lord, reminding him of the power that is in him through the Holy Spirit. Help him to obey you in this area of life and be pure and holy as you are calling all of us to be. Restore his heart, mind, and soul. Let him be renewed and have a heart that is after your own heart. In Jesus Christ name, we pray.

Robert941, consider installing accountability software on your devices to help you in this battle. Also, find a brother in Christ to whom you can confess this sin and who will hold you accountable. Remember, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16 WEB).

Lastly, we want to encourage you to memorize Scripture that will help you in this battle. Psalm 119:11 says, "I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you." Let's take this battle seriously, Robert941, and let's trust God to help you overcome this temptation. He is able and willing to do so. He is with you and wants you to be in His will, not yours.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
