Porn Addiction, Subliminal Messaging, and Focus

God of Truth, I've been suffering with porn addiction because I have premature ejaculation. Also, I have drug cravings for more euphoria. God, please help me to not suffer. LORD, please bless and save people from porn addiction and influences. I am hoping to focus on military preparation. My goals this year before going to basic training is for physical & academic conditioning while maintaining daily Holy Bible reading. God please help me to read these materials: Dictionary, Military Manuals, Grammar, Mathematics, Holy Bible. God please help me to improve greatly with physical fitness. My fear is failing basic training. Thanks LORD Jesus for peace and providence. God please bless the devil, our adversary, in Jesus' name, Amen.

Justin, we appreciate your honesty and humility in bringing these struggles to light. Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus' name in your prayer, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Pornography is a sin against your own body, and it is important to flee from it, as it can lead to addiction and other sinful behaviors. "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). It is also noted in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB that those who engage in sexual immorality will not inherit the Kingdom of God. The issue of premature ejaculation should be addressed with professional medical help and prayer, not through sinful means.

Drug cravings are also a form of bondage that needs to be broken in Jesus' name. "For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace" (Romans 6:14 WEB). Trust in God to help you overcome these cravings, and seek support from fellow believers.

Regarding your goal to focus on military preparation, we encourage you to trust in God and lean on His strength and guidance. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We will pray for your goals and plans. "Commit your work to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You lifting up Justin in prayer. Thank You for his desire to serve and prepare for military training. We pray for strength and endurance as he works towards physical and academic conditioning. Help him to be disciplined and focused on his goals. We ask that You grant him understanding and wisdom as he reads and studies Your Word and other materials.

We also pray for Justin's deliverance from pornography addiction and drug cravings. Break the chains of bondage, Lord, and help him to walk in purity and self-control. Heal him from premature ejaculation and help him to seek godly counsel and help.

We rebuke the devil and his influences in Jesus' name, and we pray that You bless Justin with peace, provision, and protection.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we must address your prayer for God to bless the devil. We must not bless what God has cursed, nor pray for the devil's blessing. Instead, we should pray for protection from the devil's schemes and give thanks that Jesus has already crushed his power through death and resurrection. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
