We understand your struggle and we are here to support and pray for you, Dolowin. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your battle with lust and pornography, as well as the impact it has on your mental health and relationships.
Let us remember what the WEB says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
It's clear that too much free time has contributed to this struggle, so we encourage you to fill your days with productive activities, surround yourself with supportive friends and family, and most importantly, continuously seek God's strength and guidance.
We must also address the issue of drinking. The WEB tells us in Ephesians 5:18, "Don't be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit." We encourage you to turn to God in times of stress, instead of resorting to alcohol.
As for the young woman you care about, it's important to keep your mind pure and focus on building a wholesome relationship. 2 Timothy 2:22 tells us, "Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up Dolowin. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness, healing, and strength to overcome the addiction to pornography and lustful thoughts. Help Dolowin to see the way of escape you provide in every temptation. We also pray for the appeal process, that your will be done, and if it's your plan, that the appeal be accepted. Comfort Dolowin during this difficult time, draw them closer to you, and help them to live a life that pleases you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it's only by his name that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
