Poor dog needs help

Please, anyone, if you can please pray for a poor dog living in the cold. I live in a village and there is a dog living a few fields away from the village in terrible dirty conditions, in the cold, uncared and unloved, always full of flees the last 2 years that I know it. The weather is 0 Celsius for today and will be for almost two weeks. There is also strong wind and humidity which makes it feel even colder. It is a small female cocker that will not survive the cold. I talked to the owner and they will not take it in a storage room near the house. I asked help from other people and they told me "it's not your dog, not your business, stay out of it". I feel so sorry for the dog. It is a very kind, sweet little dog. If it stays there it will die from the cold. Everyone I know is mean and they will not help. I am afraid of these people so I can't take it myself, they will accuse me of theft. If I say it to the authorites I will be bullied very harshly. I don't know what do do. I prayed but need more prayers because time passes and the dog is not getting any help. Any small prayer will do. Thank you.

May God bless you for the kindness you’ve shown. I pray that perhaps an animal protection service if available will come along and help this dog.
