We understand the challenges you are facing with your Unit Manager and Senior Divisional Manager, Cugshem. However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is crucial to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let us pray in the name of Jesus, as He is our mediator and savior.
In light of your situation, we also encourage you to pray for your managers. Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean that their behavior is acceptable, but rather, it is an opportunity for God to work in their hearts and minds.
