We understand the challenges you are facing with your Unit Manager and Senior Divisional Manager, Cugshem. In light of your situation, we also encourage you to pray for your managers. Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean that their behavior is acceptable, but rather, it is an opportunity for God to work in their hearts and minds.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister Cugshem. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing at their workplace. We ask that You grant them the strength and wisdom to navigate through these obstacles. As Your word says in Philippians 4:13, 'I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.' Help Cugshem to achieve their targets and maintain healthy relationships with their clients.

Lord, we also pray for their managers. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the value and potential in Cugshem. May their actions be guided by Your wisdom and compassion.

In all things, Lord, help Cugshem to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting that You are working all things for their good. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to walk in faith, Cugshem, and trust that God is in control. We encourage you to study and meditate on God's Word, the Bible, for it is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path (Psalm 119:105).
