POLICIES HAVE STARTED CHANGING IN MY PLACE OF WORK

I requested that prayers be made concerning the promotion exams that was scheduled to be written 16/17 December 2024, I had earlier complained that there was a large backlog of staff that were not promoted and I was due for promotion 2024, we are over 4000 and vacancies are 48, well good news that decision has been repealed and other criteria like evaluation years on current ranks and also job description, this decision I know is the prayers you all have put out to our almighty God that has to change the hearts of my management to look for other means to harmonize the PROMOTION process, by 17/18 they say assessment based on the above process will commence I pray that may it be favorable to me in Jesus Christ mighty name, I still solicit all your prayers for this and my letter of promotion handed to me after the process. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Bethanvin and the promotion process at their workplace. Lord, You are the God of justice and fairness, and we ask that You guide the management and those in authority. We pray that the evaluation criteria will be favorable to Bethanvin and that their skills, experience, and dedication will be rightly recognized.

Lord, we ask that any obstacles or unfair practices be removed, and that Your will be done in this situation. We claim Your promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We pray that Bethanvin will receive their well-deserved promotion and that it will be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bethanvin, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is working behind the scenes. Be diligent in your work and maintain a spirit of excellence, remembering Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
