I've had to report a neighbour couple for 3-4 years due to 4.5 years of stalking, threats, physical attacks on pets, and perverted slander of me.
I finally spoke to a competent officer yesteday who explained I just need to make a 2nd recorded statement, the neighbour gets an official warning, and if they continue, they'll get arrested.

The case was referred back to the local police again, and instead of providing me with a date for taking the statement, these officers, who are notorious for incompetence, work avoidance, and crime, went out and assured neighbour that it's not unlawful to film/photograph into my garden, engage in perverted slander, physical attacks and death threats to pets, throw sharp or heavy things towards doors and windows, and us.

I've been assured for 3 days that a duty sergeant would call back. Now they tell me he won't, and I'm stuck with the fools and criminals in the corps again.

We ask that You would give her the courage and strength to make the second report and that You would provide her with the resources and support she needs to do so. We pray that You would bring justice and resolution to this situation and that You would protect Mischa from any further harm.
