The local police is assuring the neighbour that it's not unlawful to film/photograph into my garden, engage in perverted slander, physical attacks and death threats to pets, throw sharp or heavy things towards doors and windows, and us.

I've asked to speak to the duty sergeant and am waiting for the callback.
