We understand your struggle with PMO (porn, masturbation, orgasm) addiction and we are here to support and pray with you in Jesus' name. Firstly, we commend you for seeking help and taking a step towards recovery.

We want to remind you of what the Bible says about purity and fleeing from sexual immorality. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB), it is written: "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

In order to overcome this addiction, it is important to rely on God's strength and not your own. Philippians 4:13 (WEB) says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Remember, God is always with you and wants to help you through this struggle.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up ### who is struggling with an addiction to PMO. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness and your strength to help her overcome this. Fill her with your Holy Spirit, give her the power to flee from sexual immorality, and help her to see her body as your temple. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of addiction and proclaim freedom and self-control over her life. Help her to stand firm in her faith and to glorify you in both body and spirit. Guide her towards resources and support that can aid in her recovery. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
