We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles, Imesea, and we are here to lift you and your family up in prayer. We understand that you are facing a difficult time with unemployment, financial strain, and personal challenges. Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Imesea and his family. Lord, they are going through a trying time, with Imesea struggling to find work and provide for his wife and special needs son. We ask that You open the doors of opportunity for him, that he may find a suitable job to meet their needs. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
*Lord, we also pray for Imesea's struggle with drinking. We ask for Your strength and guidance to help him overcome this challenge. We know that Your grace is sufficient for him, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).*
*Father, we pray for Imesea's wife and son. Comfort them, provide for them, and give them peace. Surround their family with Your love and protection.*
*In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Imesea, we encourage you to stay strong in faith and continue to trust in God. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). We also urge you to seek support for your drinking, perhaps through a local church or a trusted Christian community. God wants to help you overcome, and He often uses others to assist us in our journey.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that drinking to excess is not in line with God's will for our lives. Ephesians 5:18 (WEB) tells us, "Don’t be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit." We encourage you to turn to God in your moments of weakness, and He will give you the strength you need.
We are with you in spirit and in prayer, Imesea. Keep holding on to God's promises.
